Katie Holmes walked away from her marriage with Tom Cruise for “nothing more” than an annual $400,000 in child support.
As expected, Holmes will not get any spousal support under the deal, according to TMZ.

The 33-year-old actress has requested legal custody and primary residential custody over 6-year-old Suri.
The $400,000 a year - or $33,333 a month - will go toward Suri’s care, but Cruise is still on the hook for expenses like medical treatments, insurance and education until her 18th birthday.
Though the sum seems sizable to most people, TMZ calls it “modest” and reports that it’s “nothing” compared to Cruise’s $250 million fortune.
Holmes filed for divorce from Cruise, 50, in June after six years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Cruise was reportedly blindsided by the divorce papers, but an air-tight prenuptial agreement allowed him to keep his massive Hollywood fortune.
The divorce was finalized Monday by a judge in New York.
The deal also reportedly included restrictions on Suri’s exposure to the controversial Church of Scientology, of which Cruise is a well-known member.
The divorce settlement also agreed that Suri will not attend a “residential school,” so “she can’t be shipped off to boarding school, Scientology or otherwise,” TMZ reported.
Holmes could have taken Cruise to court to fight the no-spousal support provision of their prenuptial agreement, but both parties wanted to settle quickly.
A friend of Cruise told E! News that both sides are happy. “Tom is very happy and relieved that he is moving forward," said the friend. “His priority is being a good father and this settlement will make sure that continues.”
